6. What internet connection speed do I need?

A download speed of at least 350 kbit/s

7. Why must I turn the firewall off?
This improves the quality of the download speed and as a result the film runs smoother. Don’t forget to switch the firewall on again.

8. When I first log in I see a film of mood images. Why is that?

This enables you to test the quality of your sound and vision and check that your controls are properly set. Also, on this page you can find all the relevant information regarding the service you’ve been invited to.

9. If the start of the film is interrupted I see mood images. Is this normal?

This is programmed to allow your internet connection and computer to show a smooth running film.

10.Can I see the film on the whole screen.
There are 2 ways to enlarge the screen*:
1.    Double click on the film and it will appear over the complete screen, if your Media player allows for that.
2. Using the right mouse button click in the film and choose 200% or complete screen.

*Note: If you choose for the above then sit a little further away from your monitor. This will improve the quality.

11. The film image is black. What must I do?

If the message ‘Ready’ appears at the bottom of the screen then refresh. If no image appears then log in again. If the message ‘Wait’ appears, then be patient. The film will soon start.

12. What happens if I log in after the start time but before the end time?

You see the film from the moment that you log in.

13. What happens if I log in after the official end time?
You see that the broadcast has taken place and that it isn’t available any more.

14. Why does my sound and vision sometimes jump?

Your internet connection or media player can’t handle the flow of data. At the bottom of the screen you can see a buffer percentage. When that returns to 100% the film will continue.

15. My mediaplayer ‘buffers’ a lot. How can I solve this?

Set out your firewall! Also control whether your system is sufficient to meet the requirements as explained on the in log page. Don’t forget to turn your firewall on again when you’ve finished viewing.

16. During the service my screen goes black. What can I do?

Refresh the page! At first you’ll see the mood images and then the film begins again.

17. Why is the sound so quiet or completely absent?
Check if your computer has a sound card. Are the speakers connected? Is the volume control turned up? Check if ‘mute’ is switched on.

18. Is the film available after the stated end time?
Due to privacy considerations the film is no longer available after the end time. Should you want to see the film again, contact the people that invited you to watch the service. They can order a DVD for you.

19. Why is the film only sent out in Dutch time?
You’ve been invited to view the service that takes place at that time (also see question 18).
